Today we introduce "Hakata Amao Strawberry Daifuku"!
Crispy, freshly fried bread is filled with gyuuhi, a soft, sweet, low-sugar whipped cream. On top of that, Hakata Amaou + grains of sweet bean paste are added! From the crispy bread and chewy gyuhi, the juicy, richly sweet Hakata Amaou and the light cream complement the presence of the Amaou. This is a blissful collaboration of fried sandwiches only possible during this season when fresh and lush Amaou can be procured.
